Brief Summary

Anyone over the age of 14 can participate in the game by registering on-site. A valid, undamaged season pass wristband worn on the wrist is required for registration. Registration must be completed electronically by the participant using their own mobile device at the web address displayed at the INFO booth on-site. After successful registration, the participant must show the confirmation to the INFO booth staff, who will record the wristband number and place a numbered ticket into the drawing box. Season pass holders can earn one additional ticket by making a purchase of at least 10,000 HUF at the on-site RCS SHOP. Therefore, each participant can enter the game with a maximum of two tickets.

The drawing will be conducted by selecting from the numbered tickets. After a winner is announced, they will have 2 minutes to claim their prize. If the winner does not come forward in time, a new winner will be drawn.

Planned drawing date and time: June 21, 2025, at 8:00 PM, in the event tent set up in Sector 2 of the sports camp area at Kunfehértó Resort. (Time and location may be subject to minimal changes. Updates will be posted on the website and announced through the event’s loudspeaker system.)

Official Rules of the Promotional Game – 21st RCS Meetup BMW Event (Season Pass Giveaway)

1. Organizer and Eligibility The organizer of the game (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is RCS Power Kft. (registered office: 6230 Soltvadkert, Szőlő u. 66., company registration number: 03-09-131492/4, tax number: 26263898‐2-03), hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.” Only natural persons aged 14 or older may participate in the Game, provided they are not among the persons excluded under Section 2, have purchased a season pass wristband as defined in Section 3 from RCS Power Kft., and complete the registration described in Section 4 during the “21st RCS Meetup” BMW event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). The wristband must be worn securely on the wrist with an intact closing ring and a clearly readable serial number during both registration and the prize draw. By registering, the Participant fully acknowledges and accepts the terms of these Official Game Rules.

2. Exclusions The following individuals are excluded from participating in the Game: Owners and employees of RCS Power Kft. Their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1(1) of the Hungarian Civil Code Invited guests who received a complimentary season pass wristband

3. Eligible Tickets Only individuals who have purchased a valid season pass wristband (with a unique serial number) for the Event held between June 18–22, 2025 are eligible to participate. Day tickets or other types of entry wristbands do not qualify for entry. Complimentary ("invited") season pass wristbands do not entitle holders to participate in the Game.

4. Registration Process Participation in the Game requires prior registration. Registration must be completed electronically via a designated website, the address of which will be displayed at the “INFORMATION” booth at the Event. After successful online registration, staff will verify the registration and place the corresponding numbered ticket into the draw box. Registration times: June 19–20, 2025, from 10:00 to 19:00 June 21, 2025, until approximately 19:00 (before the drawing takes place) During registration, the Participant must provide: The serial number of their season pass wristband Their personal information: full name, address, email address, and phone number The Organizer will verify the wristband and registration before the draw.

5. Prizes As defined in Section 7.1 (not included here), all business-related prizes will be awarded or drawn exclusively among Participants who have successfully registered.

6. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

6.1. Valid Entry Only those who present the promotional wristband are eligible. Without it, electronic registration is invalid. Each season pass grants one registration. Participants may gain one additional entry by making a purchase of at least 10,000 HUF at the official on-site RCS SHOP during the event. This provides one extra draw ticket, equivalent in value to the ticket from the wristband registration.
Example: Purchasing a full-price season pass (pre-sale price: 43,900 HUF) allows for 1 entry. If the participant also spends 12,000 HUF at the RCS SHOP, they get 1 extra ticket – a total of 2 entries

If a participant registers more than allowed, the Organizer reserves the right to limit participation to the permitted number or disqualify the participant entirely in case of abuse.

6.2. Invalid Registrations Any registration not in full compliance with these rules — including but not limited to intentional misconduct, typos, technical issues, or unreadable data — will be considered invalid.

6.3. Wristband Integrity Participants must keep their wristband intact and on their wrist until the draw. To claim any prize, the original and undamaged wristband must be presented. Tampered, removed, or counterfeit wristbands will result in disqualification. In the event of disputes regarding ownership or authenticity, the Organizer’s unilateral decision prevails.

6.4. Technical Disclaimer The Organizer takes due care with registration data but assumes no liability for technical errors, data loss, or any resulting consequences.

6.5. Rule Enforcement The Organizer reserves the right to review all registrations and may unilaterally disqualify any participant who does not meet the criteria.

7. Business-Related Prizes and Draw Process

7.1. Prizes

Grand Prize: 1 used BMW 320d (E91) passenger car Displayed during the event and promotional activities. The winner earns the right to purchase it for 5 HUF from RCS Power Kft.

7.2. Entry Deadline All registration slips must be submitted to the draw box by June 21, 2025, 19:00.

7.3. Draw Process The draw will take place on-site at 20:00 on June 21, 2025, in the event tent (Sector 2). The draw is public and takes place in two phases: Additional prizes Grand Prize draw (BMW) All slips drawn in the first round are returned to the draw box before the grand prize draw to ensure equal chances.

8. A participant may win multiple prizes depending on the number of valid entries.

9. The Organizer will announce the winning numbers out loud during the public draw. Winners must claim their prize within 2 minutes of their number being announced; otherwise, they forfeit their right to the prize, and the Organizer will redraw the business-related reward. Within the 2-minute period, the Organizer may call the winner by their registered name or other details, and may also attempt to contact them by phone; however, this does not affect the 2-minute time limit starting from the initial announcement. If the winner does not come forward within 2 minutes, the Organizer will draw a new ticket. The first winner still has the opportunity to claim the prize until the Organizer announces (even partially) the number of the newly drawn ticket. After that point, the first winner irrevocably loses the right to the prize, and the registered holder of the newly drawn ticket number becomes the next winner. This process will be repeated until a winner validly claims the prize within the 2-minute limit.

When the prize is handed over, the Organizer will verify the winner's identity and check that the entry wristband is intact.

10. Up-to-date information about the Game is always available at www.rcs.hu and www.facebook.com/racingclubsoltvadkert/.

11. By participating, the Player agrees that any personal data provided in connection with this Game and requested in accordance with these Game Rules may be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Game, used for business acquisition purposes, and shared with designated data processing partners, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Participants acknowledge that the Organizer or its representative may record audio and video during the draw, and the resulting footage may later be published or used for promotional purposes.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Game Rules at any time for justified reasons — in particular, but not exclusively, due to changes in legislation or based on regulatory or judicial decisions. In case of any disputes arising from the Game, the Organizer's unilateral decision shall prevail. This provision does not limit the Players' right to seek legal remedies under the applicable laws. These Game Rules are governed by Hungarian law, and any legal disputes arising from participation in the Game shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
