Rules and Regulations of the 22nd “RCS MeetUP” BMW Meeting and Festival

Event Venue:
Kunfehértó Lakeside Beach (parcel no. 1157/8), Kunfehértó Camping (parcel no. 1625/6, 1625/7), Kunfehértó Sports Camp (parcel no. 1157/4, 1625/8) – excluding the office building area of Fehértó Non-profit Ltd. – Children and Youth Camp Kunfehértó (parcel no. 1927/1), as well as the enclosed and designated areas associated with the above parcels.

June 17–21, 2026

(hereinafter referred to as the Organizer)


I. ENTRY TO THE EVENT

1.

Entry to the Event is permitted only with a valid wristband. Wristbands can be collected at the ticket offices upon first entry after presenting a ticket or pass purchased on-site or in advance.

Members of the R.C.S. Motorsport Sports Association and its registered supporting members are entitled to enter the Event with pass-equivalent access rights.

2.

Entry to the Event is allowed within the time limits and conditions specified by the purchased ticket or pass.

Visitors are required to wear the wristband at all times during its validity period. Organizers will check this upon entry and exit and continuously within the Event area.

If a visitor’s wristband is invalid, the visitor must leave the Event area immediately.

The wristband is non-transferable. Only wristbands worn on the wrist are considered valid. Damaged or manipulated wristbands (cut, reattached, loosened fastener, altered size, etc.) are invalid.

Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced by the Organizer.

The Organizer will initiate legal action against ticket counterfeiters and anyone involved in ticket fraud.


3.

For safety reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to restrict items brought into the Event area.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • drugs

  • pyrotechnic devices

  • explosive, toxic, or flammable substances

  • firearms

  • knives with cutting edges longer than 8 cm

  • butterfly knives, switchblades

  • gas spray

  • batons, clubs, throwing stars, slingshots

  • or any items classified as particularly dangerous to public safety under applicable Hungarian legislation (currently Government Decree 175/2003).

Although camping is allowed in designated areas, some camping equipment may be restricted due to the specific conditions of the Event.

Drones may only be brought into the Event area with prior written permission from the Organizer.

Visitors carrying restricted items will not be allowed to enter the Event area.


4.

Children under the age of 14 may attend the Event free of charge, but must wear a children’s wristband.

Children’s wristbands are issued together with the wristbands purchased by their full-price adult companions.

Guests under the age of 14 may only enter and remain at the Event with an adult companion who assumes responsibility for them.

Minors are not allowed to participate in erotic programs (e.g. Sexy Car Wash). Compliance is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

Guests aged 14–17 must purchase a full-price ticket.

Guests under the age of 18 may only enter and remain at the Event with an adult companion with legal capacity who assumes responsibility for them.


5.

Entering the Event area with vehicles without the Organizer’s permission is prohibited.

Visitors with entry permits must comply with Hungarian traffic regulations (KRESZ) at all times.

Entry conditions and directions will be provided by staff and security personnel at the gates.


6.

Only the following animals may enter the Event area:

  • assistance dogs

  • guide dogs

  • police dogs

  • or domesticated animals considered safe by general standards (e.g. dogs, ferrets, certain rodents)

Pets may enter free of charge and only accompanied by their owner.

However, bringing pets to the Event is not recommended.

Pets may enter only if the following conditions are met:

  • valid vaccination certificate (rabies vaccination within one year)

  • identifiable microchip or tattoo

  • leash, collar, muzzle

  • identification tag with the owner’s phone number

Dogs and ferrets must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any animal and to remove animals not complying with these rules.

Pets are strictly prohibited in the BEACH AREA and YOUTH CAMP AREA due to public health regulations.


7.

The lakeside areas are operated by Fehértó Non-Profit Ltd. in their original function (camping and beach operation).

Standard operational rules apply in these areas, although ticket prices may differ during the Event.

Tourist tax required by law will be collected for accommodation areas.

Guest data required by law will be collected and transmitted to the local municipality and the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ).


8.

The Organizer informs guests that the Night Pulse Ltd. will operate a music and dance event (Party Arena disco) in the Tiki Beach area during the Event.

Guests holding RCS MeetUP wristbands or passes may enter these events free of charge.

The detailed rules for the Party Arena event are governed by the Night Pulse Ltd. house rules.


II. RULES OF CONDUCT

Visitors must behave in accordance with applicable laws and general social norms.

Visitors must refrain from actions that may endanger or violate the rights, health, or safety of others.

Visitors must also protect the natural environment and use designated waste bins.

Camping areas purchased with tickets are also considered part of the Event area, and these rules apply there as well.


Photo and Video Recording

Audio and video recordings may be made by:

  • the Organizer

  • contracted partners

  • media representatives

  • other visitors

By attending the Event, visitors explicitly consent to the recording and publication of their appearance and voice.

Recordings may be used without limitation in time, place, or medium, including online platforms such as:

  • YouTube

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

Visitors may record photos or videos for personal use only using mobile devices or non-professional equipment.

Such recordings may not be used commercially.

The Organizer is not responsible for misuse by other visitors.


Commercial Activity

Without prior written permission from the Organizer, any commercial, advertising, or promotional activity is prohibited within the Event area.


Alcohol and Drugs

Alcohol may not be served to persons under 18 or intoxicated individuals.

The consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.


Vehicle Safety

Vehicle burnouts are prohibited, except in the designated Drift Arena.

In camping and restricted areas vehicles must move at walking speed.

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Violators may be removed from the Event.


Fire Safety

Open fires are allowed only in designated areas.


Demonstrations

Any demonstrations unrelated to the Event are prohibited, unless explicitly approved by the Organizer.


Security

Qualified staff ensure enforcement of safety rules. Visitors must cooperate with staff and security personnel.


Drone Usage

Drone recording may take place by the Organizer.

Visitors may use drones only with prior written permission and must comply with all applicable regulations.


Pools

Temporary pools installed at the Event may be used at the visitor’s own risk.


Games and Competitions

Participation in games and contests is at the participant’s own risk.


Data Processing

For certain registered programs, the Organizer may collect necessary personal data such as:

  • name

  • phone number

  • address

  • email

Details are specified in the respective game or program rules.


Exclusion

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any visitor who violates the house rules.


III. OTHER PROVISIONS

The Organizer is liable only for intentional damages directly attributable to it.

The Organizer does not provide security for parked vehicles and is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

The Event may be held in bad weather.

Tickets are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the program.

The Organizer is not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions.

Visitors without valid wristbands must pay the applicable wristband fee or leave the Event area immediately.

Visitors participate in the Event at their own risk.

Some programs involve dangerous motorsport activities (cars, motorcycles, gokarts, drift trikes). Spectators attend these at their own risk.

If individual locations within the Event have their own house rules, those rules must also be followed.

For complaints, suggestions, or lost items, visitors may contact the information desk.
