Day TicketValid for one person from 8:00 AM on the chosen day until 9:00 AM the following morning. Includes camping and tenting in all designated areas — no extra fees for cars, tents, or additional guests. Holders of the day pass enjoy: Entry to all BMW MeetUP zones, the beach, and the campground Access to Drift Arena, Party Arena, and all other daily programs BMW vehicle access to the event area (parking on a first-come, first-served basis)
Walk-In Ticket: Valid for one person on the selected day from 2 PM to 7 PM. Allows pedestrian access to all BMW meetup areas, the beach, and the camping grounds. Does not grant vehicle entry.
Disco Ticket: Valid for one evening (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday) from 9 PM until 5 AM or the end of the disco. Grants access only to the Party Arena.

Entry
Gate and ticket office opening: Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 9 a.m. The ticket offices operate until 7 p.m. The main ticket office (Sector 1, near the camping entrance) remains open at night until about 2-3 a.m. Afterward, security guards oversee entry.
Children under 14 have free admission to the entire event but must be accompanied by a parent.
Tickets and passes are issued to individuals; there's no charge for cars. Access to the enclosed lakeside areas is allowed only for BMW vehicles! Other brands, caravans, etc., must stay in the outer parking lots, in Sector 5 (student camp), or in areas agreed upon with organizers.
Payment Methods
Cash is the primary form of payment at the on-site ticket offices, though some service providers also accept credit cards. Electronic payment is available through online purchases on the webshop. No SZÉP card acceptance.
Refunds, Validation, Transfer
Advance electronic passes have unique security codes and QR-code identifiers and cannot be refunded. Codes are scanned at the entry gates, and wristbands are issued based on this. Each code is valid only for the first scan! Do not share them recklessly, as only the first entrant will be granted access.
Advance passes/tickets are sold exclusively on rcs.hu, and ID numbers are required for security reasons. Tickets advertised elsewhere are likely counterfeit, so do not buy "cheap tickets" from unknown sellers on Facebook; they will not be valid!
General
During the specified period, regular beach and camping fees do not apply. The areas can only be visited with the aforementioned tickets or passes.
Accommodation
In the case of accommodation (including camping), the tourist tax is 300 HUF per person per night. Required information is collected and forwarded to the National Tourism Data Center and the local municipality.
