Rules and Regulations of the 22nd \u201cRCS MeetUP\u201d BMW Meeting and Festival<\/p>

Event Venue:<\/strong>
Kunfeh\u00e9rt\u00f3 Lakeside Beach (parcel no. 1157\/8), Kunfeh\u00e9rt\u00f3 Camping (parcel no. 1625\/6, 1625\/7), Kunfeh\u00e9rt\u00f3 Sports Camp (parcel no. 1157\/4, 1625\/8) \u2013 excluding the office building area of Feh\u00e9rt\u00f3 Non-profit Ltd. \u2013 Children and Youth Camp Kunfeh\u00e9rt\u00f3 (parcel no. 1927\/1), as well as the enclosed and designated areas associated with the above parcels.<\/p>

R.C.S. Motorsport Sports Association and RCS POWER Ltd.

(hereinafter referred to as the Organizer<\/strong>)<\/p>

I. ENTRY TO THE EVENT<\/p>

1.<\/p>

Entry to the Event is permitted only with a valid wristband<\/strong>. Wristbands can be collected at the ticket offices upon first entry after presenting a ticket or pass purchased on-site or in advance.<\/p>

Members of the R.C.S. Motorsport Sports Association<\/strong> and its registered supporting members are entitled to enter the Event with pass-equivalent access rights<\/strong>.<\/p>

2.<\/p>

Entry to the Event is allowed within the time limits and conditions specified by the purchased ticket or pass<\/strong>.<\/p>

Visitors are required to wear the wristband at all times during its validity period<\/strong>. Organizers will check this upon entry and exit and continuously within the Event area.<\/p>

If a visitor\u2019s wristband is invalid, the visitor must leave the Event area immediately<\/strong>.<\/p>

The wristband is non-transferable<\/strong>. Only wristbands worn on the wrist are considered valid. Damaged or manipulated wristbands (cut, reattached, loosened fastener, altered size, etc.) are invalid.<\/p>

Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced<\/strong> by the Organizer.<\/p>

The Organizer will initiate legal action against ticket counterfeiters and anyone involved in ticket fraud<\/strong>.<\/p>

3.<\/p>

For safety reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to restrict items brought into the Event area<\/strong>.<\/p>

The following items are strictly prohibited:<\/p>

  • drugs<\/p><\/li>

  • pyrotechnic devices<\/p><\/li>

  • explosive, toxic, or flammable substances<\/p><\/li>

  • firearms<\/p><\/li>

  • knives with cutting edges longer than 8 cm<\/p><\/li>

  • butterfly knives, switchblades<\/p><\/li>

  • gas spray<\/p><\/li>

  • batons, clubs, throwing stars, slingshots<\/p><\/li>

  • or any items classified as particularly dangerous to public safety under applicable Hungarian legislation (currently Government Decree 175\/2003).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Although camping is allowed in designated areas, some camping equipment may be restricted<\/strong> due to the specific conditions of the Event.<\/p>

    Drones may only be brought into the Event area with prior written permission from the Organizer<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Visitors carrying restricted items will not be allowed to enter the Event area<\/strong>.<\/p>

    4.<\/p>

    Children under the age of 14<\/strong> may attend the Event free of charge<\/strong>, but must wear a children\u2019s wristband<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Children\u2019s wristbands are issued together with the wristbands purchased by their full-price adult companions<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Guests under the age of 14 may only enter and remain at the Event with an adult companion who assumes responsibility for them<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Minors are not allowed to participate in erotic programs<\/strong> (e.g. Sexy Car Wash<\/em>). Compliance is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.<\/p>

    Guests aged 14\u201317 must purchase a full-price ticket<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Guests under the age of 18 may only enter and remain at the Event with an adult companion with legal capacity who assumes responsibility for them<\/strong>.<\/p>

    5.<\/p>

    Entering the Event area with vehicles without the Organizer\u2019s permission is prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Visitors with entry permits must comply with Hungarian traffic regulations (KRESZ)<\/strong> at all times.<\/p>

    Entry conditions and directions will be provided by staff and security personnel at the gates.<\/p>

    6.<\/p>

    Only the following animals may enter the Event area:<\/p>

    • assistance dogs<\/p><\/li>

    • guide dogs<\/p><\/li>

    • police dogs<\/p><\/li>

    • or domesticated animals considered safe by general standards<\/strong> (e.g. dogs, ferrets, certain rodents)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Pets may enter free of charge<\/strong> and only accompanied by their owner.<\/p>

      However, bringing pets to the Event is not recommended<\/strong>.<\/p>

      Pets may enter only if the following conditions are met:<\/p>

      • valid vaccination certificate (rabies vaccination within one year)<\/p><\/li>

      • identifiable microchip or tattoo<\/p><\/li>

      • leash, collar, muzzle<\/p><\/li>

      • identification tag with the owner’s phone number<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Dogs and ferrets must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times<\/strong>.<\/p>

        The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any animal<\/strong> and to remove animals not complying with these rules.<\/p>

        Pets are strictly prohibited<\/strong> in the BEACH AREA<\/strong> and YOUTH CAMP AREA<\/strong> due to public health regulations.<\/p>

        7.<\/p>

        The lakeside areas are operated by Feh\u00e9rt\u00f3 Non-Profit Ltd.<\/strong> in their original function (camping and beach operation).<\/p>

        Standard operational rules apply in these areas, although ticket prices may differ during the Event<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Tourist tax required by law will be collected for accommodation areas.<\/p>

        Guest data required by law will be collected and transmitted to the local municipality and the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MT\u00dc)<\/strong>.<\/p>

        8.<\/p>

        The Organizer informs guests that the Night Pulse Ltd.<\/strong> will operate a music and dance event (Party Arena disco<\/em>) in the Tiki Beach area<\/strong> during the Event.<\/p>

        Guests holding RCS MeetUP wristbands or passes<\/strong> may enter these events free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>

        The detailed rules for the Party Arena event are governed by the Night Pulse Ltd. house rules<\/strong>.<\/p>

        II. RULES OF CONDUCT<\/p>

        Visitors must behave in accordance with applicable laws and general social norms<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Visitors must refrain from actions that may endanger or violate the rights, health, or safety of others.<\/p>

        Visitors must also protect the natural environment<\/strong> and use designated waste bins.<\/p>

        Camping areas purchased with tickets are also considered part of the Event area<\/strong>, and these rules apply there as well.<\/p>

        Photo and Video Recording<\/p>

        Audio and video recordings may be made by:<\/p>

        • the Organizer<\/p><\/li>

        • contracted partners<\/p><\/li>

        • media representatives<\/p><\/li>

        • other visitors<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          By attending the Event, visitors explicitly consent<\/strong> to the recording and publication of their appearance and voice.<\/p>

          Recordings may be used without limitation in time, place, or medium<\/strong>, including online platforms such as:<\/p>

          • YouTube<\/p><\/li>

          • Facebook<\/p><\/li>

          • Instagram<\/p><\/li>

          • TikTok<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Visitors may record photos or videos for personal use only<\/strong> using mobile devices or non-professional equipment.<\/p>

            Such recordings may not be used commercially<\/strong>.<\/p>

            The Organizer is not responsible for misuse by other visitors<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Commercial Activity<\/p>

            Without prior written permission from the Organizer, any commercial, advertising, or promotional activity is prohibited<\/strong> within the Event area.<\/p>

            Alcohol and Drugs<\/p>

            Alcohol may not be served to persons under 18<\/strong> or intoxicated individuals.<\/p>

            The consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Vehicle Safety<\/p>

            Vehicle burnouts are prohibited<\/strong>, except in the designated Drift Arena<\/strong>.<\/p>

            In camping and restricted areas vehicles must move at walking speed<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Violators may be removed from the Event<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Fire Safety<\/p>

            Open fires are allowed only in designated areas<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Demonstrations<\/p>

            Any demonstrations unrelated to the Event are prohibited<\/strong>, unless explicitly approved by the Organizer.<\/p>

            Security<\/p>

            Qualified staff ensure enforcement of safety rules. Visitors must cooperate with staff and security personnel<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Drone Usage<\/p>

            Drone recording may take place by the Organizer.<\/p>

            Visitors may use drones only with prior written permission<\/strong> and must comply with all applicable regulations.<\/p>

            Pools<\/p>

            Temporary pools installed at the Event may be used at the visitor\u2019s own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Games and Competitions<\/p>

            Participation in games and contests is at the participant\u2019s own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Data Processing<\/p>

            For certain registered programs, the Organizer may collect necessary personal data<\/strong> such as:<\/p>

            • name<\/p><\/li>

            • phone number<\/p><\/li>

            • address<\/p><\/li>

            • email<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Details are specified in the respective game or program rules<\/strong>.<\/p>

              Exclusion<\/p>

              The Organizer reserves the right to remove any visitor who violates the house rules<\/strong>.<\/p>

              III. OTHER PROVISIONS<\/p>

              The Organizer is liable only for intentional damages directly attributable to it<\/strong>.<\/p>

              The Organizer does not provide security for parked vehicles<\/strong> and is not responsible for items left in vehicles.<\/p>

              The Event may be held in bad weather<\/strong>.<\/p>

              Tickets are non-refundable<\/strong>, except where explicitly stated by the Organizer.<\/p>

              The Organizer reserves the right to change the program<\/strong>.<\/p>

              The Organizer is not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>

              Visitors without valid wristbands must pay the applicable wristband fee or leave the Event area immediately<\/strong>.<\/p>

              Visitors participate in the Event at their own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>

              Some programs involve dangerous motorsport activities<\/strong> (cars, motorcycles, gokarts, drift trikes). Spectators attend these at their own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>

              If individual locations within the Event have their own house rules<\/strong>, those rules must also be followed.<\/p>

              For complaints, suggestions, or lost items, visitors may contact the information desk<\/strong>.<\/p>

              Please take care of yourselves and each other.
